While the 80s and early 90s women’s division didn’t have much recognition, it started getting popular more from the Attitude Era, as the women were involved in the racy segment more often than not. More than the in-ring skills, seductiveness, and looks were prioritized more back in the day.
But after the arrival of the women’s revolution, things have changed significantly. Now, it’s a prerequisite to be a great athlete in WWE women’s division.
